- Our hotel is located on the southern edge of the town of Sterzing, next to the Sadobre car park and with direct access to the greenery and mountains of South Tyrol.

During the summer months, the reception desk is staffed continuously until 9 p.m. Outside opening hours, you can simply check in via our terminal and collect your room card directly at the terminal. If you have any questions or problems, an info telephone is available on site.
- Free cancellation of the booked room is possible up until 1 day before arrival.
- A deposit is not required.
- In case of no-show or late cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- A deposit is generally not required; however, we reserve the right to charge a deposit of €50.00 per room for certain bookings.
- Payment is made directly on site in cash, with EC or credit card (AMEX and Diners are not accepted).
