For hassle-free arrival and departure, you have the option to self-check-in, check-in online and pay online:
  1. Self-check-in terminal
    Flexible arrival
    If you have booked a room in advance, you can check in independently and collect your room card directly at the terminal from 2 p.m. to 4 a.m. Alternatively, you can book a room on site and check in with your credit card.

  2. Online check-in
    Enter your details before arrival to shorten the check-in process and save time.

  3. Online payment
    Use online payment to simplify check-out. This way, you can leave early in the morning without any stress!

Our reception is staffed daily from 6.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. After that, the opening hours vary depending on the season. During the summer months, the reception desk is staffed continuously until 9 p.m. Outside opening hours, you can simply check in via our self-check-in terminal and collect your room card directly here. If you have any questions or problems, an info telephone is available on site for assistance.

With advance booking
Have you already booked your stay and will arrive outside reception hours? Then simply check yourself in and collect your room card directly at the terminal!
  1. Select language
  2. Click on “Arrival with reservation”
  3. Please enter your password (booking number)
  4. Follow the instructions on the machine and confirm your entry by clicking OK
  5. Take the room card

Your room number is on the room card. This also opens the entrance door and the garage (for bicycles and motorbikes only).

  1. Select language
  2. Click on “Arrival without reservation”
  3. Select available room
  4. Enter your name and address
  5. Payment by EC or credit card (AMEX and Diners are not accepted). The receipt or invoice will be available at reception from 6.30 a.m. onwards. Or you can also request the receipt or invoice by e-mail
  6. Take your room card

Your room number is on the room card and also opens the entrance door and the garage (for bicycles and motorbikes only).
