For a carefree stay

Fresh cleaning utensils and disinfectant with every room cleaning
Door handles, light switches, TV remote controls, frequently used surfaces such as desks and shelves, as well as chairs and headrests are disinfected.
We source our linen from the South Tyrolean company LAVARENT
The laundry is properly stored with us and strictly separated from dirty laundry, other cleaning agents and utensils.
The laundry is treated according to certified washing processes and the UNI EN 14065 standards

Door and window handles in the public areas, the lift, the check-in terminal and payment machines, tables and chairs in the lobby and other frequently used surfaces at the reception and in the entrance area are regularly disinfected

The tables in the breakfast room are disinfected after standard cleaning.
All tables are placed in such a way that the required distance is maintained
All utensils (e.g. cutlery) and all surfaces at the buffet are regularly disinfected
Cutlery and crockery are washed at over 60°C according to the regulations and then properly stored
All food is processed and stored according to HACCP regulations

All employees have been trained on the new safety measures and standards
Hand sanitiser dispensers are available at the hotel entrance, at the reception, in the corridors and in the breakfast room
